Annual Chamber Banquet

2026 Annual Chamber Banquet

This year's banquet was a wonderful evening of celebration and community pride.
A hundred guests joined us at Cross Creek Resort to honor local leaders, our 2025 Citizen of the Year, Robert J. Felton.
We welcomed new businesses, and recognize the achievements that make a difference in our region.

Robert J. Felton
Picture

Robert J. Felton has dedicated a lifetime of service to the Titusville community, contributing in meaningful and lasting ways to its growth, stability, and quality of life.

In his professional career as an attorney, Bob has served the public in the roles of City Solicitor and County Assistant District Attorney, offering his expertise in support of local government and the legal system.
Beyond his professional work, Bob’s volunteerism spans decades and touches nearly every corner of the community. He has served on numerous boards, including Woodlawn Cemetery, Crawford Heritage Foundation, Titusville Area Hospital, and the Alumni Association. His long-standing commitment to the Titusville YMCA—where he served for 25 years, including as Board President—and to Titusville Leisure Services, where he also served more than 25 years as Chairman, reflects his deep investment in community wellness and recreation.

Bob has also dedicated his time to mentoring and supporting youth through coaching basketball, soccer, and baseball, assisting with YMCA 3x3 tournaments, and contributing to the Hershey Track & Field program. His passion for education and service extends to hosting adult education programs on wills and trusts, as well as volunteering with organizations such as the Friends of Drake Well, where he served nine years on the Board of Directors and continues on the Advisory Board.

A committed member of several service organizations—including the Jaycees, Titusville Rotary, and Knights of Columbus—Bob has also  served on the Parish Council Finance Committee, as a Eucharistic minister, and as a Pre-Cana instructor at St. Titus Church. He has further supported community events such as the Oil Creek 100 Trail Races.

Through his professional leadership and extensive volunteer service, Bob has made a profound and lasting impact on Titusville. His dedication, humility, and commitment to others exemplify the very spirit of community, making him a truly deserving recipient of this honor.
